Demolition of Aviation Facilities at Edwards AFB

KAL was tasked with conducting a feasibility study for the demolition of the Airborne Laser Test Bed program at Edwards AFB, CA. The areas impacted included 2 buildings and a temporary warehouse. Sustainable design and environmentally-sensitive approach were emphasized throughout the project. The primary focus was to define the project scope and estimate the de-construction costs. KAL produces Design-Build RFP documents at 35% for use by AFCEC in the contracting of the actual construction.
