Peer-Review of Design-Build RFP for Replacement Hospital at Ft. Bliss

The Fort Bliss Hospital Replacement was designed to be a 1,132,460 SF world-class medical facility replacing the existing William Beaumont Army Medical Center. KAL provided A/E services and support to analyze, review, assess, and provide advice on the technical suitability of the plans, specifications, design analyses, and other supporting documentation developed by HDR, the designer-of-record.
