Design-Build RFP for New Community Outpatient Clinic in Kauai

KAL was tasked to develop a Design-Build RFP for a new replacement of Kauai Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The 14,500 SF facility includes not only the primary care services but also mental health, specialty care, women's health, telehealth, laboratory, pharmacy, and other Veteran's Administration services such as the veterans benefits administration and the Hawaii State Office of Veterans Services.
