Renovation of USAF Intelligence Facility Building

KAL provided A/E services for a Planning Charette Report to support the renovation of a 167,000 SF intelligence facility for the US Air Force. This Design-Build phased construction project renovates the entirety of the building to fully modernize the facility with fire protection, electrical, mechanical, and communications facility equipment and infrastructure upgrades to meet all applicable codes and standards. A new entrance atrium was constructed to house a new elevator, stairs, and circulation space on all 4 stories, adding natural light to the workspaces.
