Acquisition of Veterinarian Center at Ft. Belvoir

KAL was tasked to provide A/E services for a Design-Build Acquisition of a veterinarian clinic at Ft. Belvoir, VA. KAL developed the D-B RFP for a new tier 3 (mission essential) facility to provide Military Working Dogs, Government Owned Animals, and privately-owned animals of service members. The facility is equipped with animal care, food defense, covered exercise area, and safety functions as well as support for the Veterinary Corps FYGME program.
