Tom Dabney

Mr. Dabney has over 45 years of experience in horizontal and vertical construction, environmental remediation, and design contracts with federal, state, and municipal agencies. He has served as Contract Manager for contracts in excess of $50 M for the USACE, $20 M for the USAF, and has served as KAL’s Contract Manager for 2 Department of Veterans Affairs A/E design services contracts, the firm’s NAVFAC contracts, and for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Western US Contract for multi-family housing inspections. Serving as a Technical Writer, Mr. Dabney provides overall review of KAL's significant documents and reports as well as assisting subcontractors with the development of Operations & Maintenance manuals.
