Rita Kalwani

Ms. Kalwani, Founder/Principal of KAL, has over 40 years of experience in architectural design and project management. She has worked extensively in the development of design programs within KAL and specializes in the overall contract execution and training programs to produce plans and specifications. Ms. Kalwani takes pride in the developed methodology for Quality Control at KAL Architects. The system has been extensively utilized in our prior projects, and it has been a major factor in minimizing the change order requests over the past five years. She will be the Project Manager for this project and will oversee the execution of this contract. Active professional memberships include the American Institute of Architects, the International Interior Design Association, the National Fire Protection Association, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
