Mr. Niese brings over 35 years of experience in architecture and project management. His expertise includes project coordination among multiple disciplines, quality assurance / quality control, and the technical specifications and code (including accessibility) compliance of projects. Mr. Niese was one of the first US College of Fellows inductees to the Construction Specification Institute and has served as their Past Chapter President. Mr. Niese is also LEED AP BD+C certified as well as a certified US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager as well as a member of the Registered Construction Inspector’s Board with the American Construction Inspectors Association
