Mr. Berlucchi has over 25 years of experience in the industry, over 11 of which have been with KAL Architects. He is a registered civil engineer in California with an additional background in environmental engineering. Mr. Berlucchi is also a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the American Public Works Association (APWA).
