Mr. Patel has more than 40 years of progressive experiencing in managing, strategizing, developing, and integrating facilities operations and master plans for the semi-conductor and micro-electronics industry. He has more than 15 years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) facility engineering design and management for aviation, Department of Defense, healthcare, commercial/retail, and institutional facilities. Among his individual areas of expertise are design review, life cycle analysis, and value engineering; building HVAC control system; hazardous gas monitoring and control system; acid/industrial waste system design; process ventilation and plumbing design; and cost estimation. Mr. Patel provides project leadership in the day-to-day operations as well as detailed designs of complex facility operations. He has worked directly with federal, state, county, and municipal building department agencies including OSPHD, NAVFAC, and USACE. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Patel has more recently begun teaching undergraduate courses in the area of environmental control systems at the University of California, Irvine.
