Ms. Chang has over 26 years of experience in architectural design and project management. She has worked extensively in the development of design projects in the Healthcare sector. Her portfolio ranges from schematic design to construction contracts to the close-out phase. She has extensive experience in Type I Construction projects, project management from the design phase through the construction phase to project completion. Ms. Chang has vast knowledge of California building standard codes and state regulatory requirements, including OSHPD, and is well-versed in various jurisdiction plan check / permit processes including with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works (LADPW) and the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). Past project sectors include science and technology, federal, higher education, mixed-use, and high rise.
