Design-Build Renovation & New Construction for 3 SCE Service Centers

KAL was tasked to develop Design-Build RFPs for the renovation and new construction of 3 Southern California Edison service centers in Inyo County, CA. These projects combined both renovations and pre-fabricated construction of facilities in Bishop, Kernville, and Ridgecrest, CA. Each location includes a service center, garage building, truck canopy, and hazardous materials canopy in an enclosed service yard.
