KAL Architects provided two (2) Request for Proposals
for two (2) Design-Build packages for the repair and modification
of four (4) Sewage Treatment Plants. This project included repairs/modifications
of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) 1, 2, 9 and 12; Collection Systems
Tributary Areas 1, 2, 9 and 12; and the modification of a Pump Station.
Some of the obstacles that our team had to overcome included, lack
of as-built information, age of the facilities, limited project
budgets, and several environmental issues. |
